1. Fert and Chem:- Fertilisers & Chemicals Travancore Ltd notched up volume of 101.24 lakh shares by 14:14 IST on NSE, a 25.79 fold spurt over two-week average daily volume of 3.93 lakh shares
2. Delhivery:- Delhivery jumped nearly ₹13 on April 17 to close at ₹276, driven by bullish sentiment in logistics and optimism around e-commerce delivery growth.

1. Sonata:- Shares of Sonata Software Ltd. fell as much as 12% in early trading on Thursday, April 17, after the company issued a warning about revenues from its international business during the quarter that ended on March 31, 2025.
2. Wipro:- Out of the 45 analysts that have coverage on Wipro, 11 still have a 'Buy' rating on the stock, 15 say 'hold', while 19 have a 'sell' rating.

Looking Ahead
Benchmark indices Nifty and Sensex extended their fantastic run for a fourth straight session on April 17, buoyed by strong gains in bank and oil & gas stocks that lifted market sentiment. The surge added a massive Rs 4.96 lakh crore to the overall market capitalisation.
The Bank Nifty emerged as the top-performing sectoral index, climbing over 2 per cent, driven by gains in heavyweight stocks such as HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. These gains came ahead of the banks' Q4 earnings, scheduled for release on April 19.
At close, the Sensex was up 1,508.91 points or 1.96 per cent at 78,553.20, and the Nifty was up 414.45 points or 1.77 per cent at 23,851.65. About 2340 shares advanced, 1468 shares declined, and 149 sharesremained unchanged.
